It has two Printing Machines to prepare printed fabrics
especially those specialized for export and they are followed with two machines to fix
printing-HOTFLEW and STEAMER- which are specialized for the dyes of different printing. These
Printers are characterized by printing printed fabrics which has an excellent fame in the commercial
markets.
The Jiggers Section:
In
this section all kinds of cotton fabrics and with different colours and widths
up to 300 CM are dyed.This section depends on the latest dyeing technique.
Yarn
Dyeing Section:
In
this section,Yarns with different counts are bleached and dyed.The production of
this section serves the weaving factory in this company.
Drying
and Preperation Section:
It has the latest drying
and treatment machines which work according to developed programming systems and
controlling cameras. Different kinds of fabrics (dyed,printed and bleached) are
dried and treated by necessary agents according to request. It has ,also, a
latest Shrinkage Machine for treatment of fabric against shrinking in length and
width. This machine is the only one in the daughters companies of General Organization for Textile
Industries and this what gives a good advantage for
this section. There is also a Calender Machine to calender fabric with
temperature and high pressure according to request and this gives the fabric a
smooth and lighted touch.
Finishing Section:
It
is a modern and developed section.It has machines with programming systems for
programming the work.These machines are Doubling Machines and Raising Machines
for raising fabrics with different degrees as request. There is also Packing
Machines of different kinds as request.
